Human Resources Manager Rossana Gambin

Rossana Gambin was born in Geneva, Switzerland, and holds both Swiss and Italian nationalities. Coming from a commercial background, she chose a career in Human Resources because "I like people and enjoy working in multicultural environments."

Professionally, Rossana grew into various Human Resources functions through specific trainings, including in-house training courses, working mainly within multinational companies. She joined FIND in July 2008 and is responsible for supporting the Senior Operations Officer in all tasks relating to FIND personnel, both in Geneva and in the satellite offices in India and Uganda.
