Liaison Office Manager Jacques Debayle

Jacques Debayle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Lyon. After his studies, he spent more than twenty years working with various international organizations dedicated to humanitarian assistance and emergency relief missions in Chad, Sudan, Syria, Turkey and Iraq, among others. His professional experience includes the post of Project Officer of a refugee assistance program in Zaire, Manager of emergency operations in Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan, Staff and Programme Manager of a large scale emergency relief assignment during the Gulf War, and more recently he was in charge of assisting the French Ministry of Social Affairs in its management of foreign populations under the Geneva Convention. Jacques joined FIND in 2003 as Human Resources Manager and in October 2007 became Liaison Office Manager for the FIND (India) office in New Delhi.
