As shown in the
figure below, FIND conducts its operations in
a start-up venture mode. Each project
portfolio is managed as a separate business
unit with product lines, well-defined
targets and timing at each state of the R&D
process.

Existing and new
diagnostics are recruited into evaluation in
high-quality clinical trials for
registration purposes and for use in
large-scale demonstration projects to
provide information on cost, ease of use and
public health impact.
