Quality management

FIND is dedicated to a process of continuous improvement and review of quality management systems as well as the objectives embodied in them. Senior management defines annual quality objectives and evaluates the performance of the organization according to targets attained. Achievement of project milestones within the projected timelines is one of the most important performance indicators of high quality project management and is assessed on a regular basis.

High quality standards are maintained in all areas of operation and at all levels of the organization, through the use of standard operating procedures (SOPs). In June 2010, our global management system was re-certified as compliant with ISO13485:2003 and 9001:2008 standards, and covers activities by FIND offices in Geneva, Kampala and New Delhi.
